Equipment Requirements
- Essential Items: Laptop/desktop computer, external monitor (min 24"), webcam (1080p), headset with microphone, ergonomic chair
- Budget Allowances: Individual Contributors $800/year, Managers $1,200/year, Directors+ $1,500/year
- Approval Process: Submit request through HR portal with business justification, manager approval required, 5-7 business day processing
Workspace Standards
- Physical Setup: Adjustable height desk or standing desk converter, chair with lumbar support, monitor at eye level, dedicated workspace separate from living areas
- Technology Requirements: Minimum 25 Mbps internet (company reimburses upgrade costs), backup internet option recommended, surge protector/UPS recommended
Reimbursement Details
Internet allowance up to $75/month, phone allowance $50/month, utility contribution $40/month. Equipment eligible for replacement after 3 years, damaged equipment can be replaced immediately. All reimbursements processed with next payroll cycle.
