Training Methods
- Delivery Approach: Combination of online modules (40%), live training sessions (30%), hands-on practice (30%). Interactive tutorials, video walkthroughs, hands-on sandbox environments, instructor-led sessions, peer learning with buddy system
- Competency Validation: Practical demonstrations, tool-specific quizzes, real-world task completion, manager observation and feedback. Basic proficiency: complete routine tasks independently. IT creates accounts 3 days before start date, equipment shipped with setup guide, internal help documentation available, tool champions network for ongoing support, quarterly training updates for new features.
