Work From Home Reimbursement Policy (Updated: December 2025)
Eligible Expenses
- Equipment: Computer monitors, keyboards, mice, webcams, headsets, laptop stands, ergonomic accessories. Annual budget: Individual Contributors $800, Managers $1,200, Directors+ $1,500
- Services: Business internet upgrade ($75/month max), business phone line ($50/month max), utility contribution ($40/month max)
Approval Process
- Required Steps: Submit reimbursement request through HR portal with business justification → Manager reviews and approves (for eligible amounts) → Purchase items within 30 days of approval → Submit receipts within 60 days of purchase → Reimbursement processed with next payroll (5-7 business days)
Pre-Approval Requirements
Any single item >$300, furniture purchases, specialized software/tools require manager approval before purchase. Items >$800 require HR approval.
Important Notes
Equipment >$500 remains company property and requires return upon termination. Budget resets January 1st annually with no rollover. Medical accommodations have separate budget process through HR.
