Implementation Process
- Setup Steps: HR adds user to team hierarchy, department admin assigns permissions, use SMART framework for goal input, limit to 3-5 objectives per person/team, link individual OKRs to team goals with visual alignment map
- Best Practices: Start objectives with action verbs, ensure key results have specific numbers/percentages, aim for 70% achievable, weekly self-check-ins required, bi-weekly team reviews
OKR Structure Guidelines
Objectives: Qualitative, inspirational, time-bound (quarterly). Key Results: Quantitative, specific metrics, 2-4 per objective. Scoring: 0.7+ considered successful, 1.0 may indicate under-ambitious goals.
